DiSC leadership (communication) training

DiSC Training

DiSC profile - personality assessment system, which is a good base to develope basic leadership, communication and moderator skills, as well as a practical guide for managing the different styles of people (employees, colleagues, customers).

"There is no bigger injustice than treating different people the same way"

DiSC behavior profile system

The abbreviation DiSC stands for the initials of the four basic behavioral styles and as a behavior profile system it is examining behavioral styles (not a personality test). It aims to understand the behavior of ourselves and others. Instead of "labelling" it is an approach that provides win-win relationships and convinces that we are able to adapt to any behavioral styles. It makes conscious the handling of different styles, therefore reinforces clear communication and makes it able to avoid conflicts. After understanding and practicing it can immediately been used in everyday life.
