Team building training


Supporting the organizational changes (merger of departments, job modification, other reorganization) encountered during lean application, improving cooperation and communication of new units with the method of experimental learning (outdoor).

Based on the method of experimental, containing mainly outdoor activities, which helps to raise the awareness of the participants about the principles and criteria of the successful teamwork. It develops the cooperative and problem-solving skills and improves internal communication and information flow. As a result the mutual trust and acceptance grows and - because of solving fun tasks - the team's mood as well. 



Improvement of cooperation - in the following cases:

  • Conflicts between departments, failure to cooperate
  • New departments, improving the performance of teams
  • New leader(s), team integration
  • Bad mood, low motivation level
  • (Team) performance drop
  • Introduction and acceptance of changes
  • Team reward, celebrate success - "giving adventure"


Framework of the training:

  • 10-25 people for learning purposes or team building training
  • 30-60 people for adventure (rafting, sailing, off-road hiking, climbing, etc)
  • 100-1500 people for corporate events (family day, Christmas party, customer meeting, etc)
  • Method of experimental learning (not physically challenging exercises)
  • "Adventurous tools" - not or rarely used in everyday life
  • Variety of tasks ("construction" type exercises, forest tasks, communication, confidence exercises)
  • Hungarian (Sopron, Bakony, Balaton, Visegrád, Mátra, Nyírség) and abroad (Slovakia, Austria, Croatia, Lake Garda, Finnland...etc) sites
  • Fun-learning, obtaining self-recognition - personal involvement and long-term "memories"
  • With the lead of organizational development trainers (2-10 persons)
  • Duration: 1-7 days
  • Individual contents in every case (exercises adjusted to goals, size of team, site, etc)
